BYLAW NO. 1773 - Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 531 (616 Goldstream Ave), 2018
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Amendments
Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:
- By amending the text of the RM7A (Medium Density Apartment A) Zone by adding the following to Subsection 6.36A.01 and re-numbering subsequent articles accordingly:

Group daycare, on the property legally described as Lot 1, Section 72, Esquimalt District,
Plan 45918 (616 Goldstream Ave) and in accordance with Subsection 3.26.02;
B. Citation
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 531, (616 Goldstream Ave), 2018".
