BYLAW NO. 1811
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300,
“LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Amendment to Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999
- By adding the following as Section 6.01.02(4):
“Notwithstanding subsection 6.01.02(1), a lot having an area not less than 3,000m² (2.0 acres) may be created from land legally described as:
LOT 5, SECTIONS 98, 99 AND 100, METCHOSIN DISTRICT, PLAN 20923 EXCEPT PART IN PLAN VIP52592; AND LOT 5, BLOCK 3, SECTIONS 89, 97, 98, 99, 100, 100A, 101 AND 101A, METCHOSIN DISTRICT, PLAN 1817 EXCEPT PART IN PLAN VIP52253.”

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 551, (2961 and 2965 Sooke Rd), 2018".
