In Camera Resolution
a) That it is the opinion of Council that the public interest request that persons other than members of Council and Officers be excluded from the meeting to consider confidential information regarding the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements; and negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages under Section 90 (1) (e) and (k).
b) That Council continue the meeting in closed session.
