Purpose of Bylaw No. 1896
The purpose of Bylaw No. 1896 is to amend the City of Langford Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1200 by amending the designation of the land that is the subject of this bylaw from Hillside or Shoreline to Business or Light Industrial. The eastern portion of the property falls within the Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) which will require that portion of the site to have an OCP amendment to Agricultural.
Purpose of Bylaw No. 1897
The purpose of Bylaw No. 1897 is to amend the City of Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300 by amending the text of the RR4 (Rural Residential 4) Zone to allow a truck terminal facility at 2981 and 2985 Awsworth Rd.
