BYLAW NO. 1897
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:
- By amending the text of the RR4 (Rural Residential 4) Zone by adding the following text as Section 6.13.01(13) and renumbering the subsequent sections accordingly:
“truck terminal facility on the property legally described as Lot 1, Sections 99 and 100, Metchosin District, Plan 20923, Except That Part in Plan 51055 and VIP75263, PID No. 003-488-250 (2981 & 2985 Awsworth Road)”
B. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 587, (2981 & 2985 Awsworth Rd), Bylaw No. 1897, 2021".
