BYLAW NO. 1962
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:
By inserting as 6.09.01(o) and renumbering subsequent sections accordingly:
“(o) Catering”
By replacing section 6.90.01(1)(p), as renumbered, with the following:
“(p) Charitable facility”
By replacing section 6.90.01(1)(t), as renumbered, with the following:
“(t) Cultural facility”
By replacing Schedule “E” with a new Schedule “E” as shown in Appendix “A”;
B. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 620, (2911 West Shore Pkwy), Bylaw No. 1962, 2021".
