Authorize the Director of Planning to issue the following variances within the Form and Character Development Permit for 741 Station Avenue: a) That Table 1 of Section 4.01.01 be varied to reduce the number of onsite parking stalls from the required 133 to 110; and
b) That Table 2 of Section 4.01.01 be varied to reduce the number of onsite bicycle parking spaces for the residential use from the required 106 to 42.Direct Staff to delete the RM4 (Apartment - Senior Citizens) Zone from Bylaw No. 300.
