Purpose
A Bylaw to amend the City of Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300 by amending the Mixed-Use Employment 1 (MUE1) Zone by adjusting the boundary between Areas A and B, allowing non-residential gross floor area within Area B to exceed 9,290 m2 and to introduce a new parking ratio for light industrial uses within Area A.

A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:
By adding to Section 4.01.01 within the Industrial section the following:
Light industrial uses in Area A of the MUE1 Zone 1 per 100 m2 (1,076 ft2) GFA
By deleting Section 6.53.03(4) and renumbering the following sections;
By deleting Schedule AJ and replacing it with the map attached to this bylaw as Schedule B.
B. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 654, (2750 Leigh Road), Bylaw No. 2028, 2022".
