1. CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Goodmanson called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.

2. TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Councillor Harder read the City of Langford's Territorial Acknowledgment.

3. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

MOVED BY: YACUCHA
SECONDED: MORLEY
THAT Council approve the agenda as presented.
Motion CARRIED.

4. IN CAMERA RESOLUTION

MOVED BY: HARDER
SECONDED: YACUCHA
THAT Council close the meeting to the public pursuant to section 90 (1) k of the Community Charter to consider:

  • negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality if they were held in public.

Motion CARRIED.

5. ADJOURNMENT

THAT Council adjourn the meeting.
