City of Langford Bylaw No. 2227 (Amendment to CD2 Zone - add Public Assembly and Entertainment Uses)

A. Enactment

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

1. Amendment to Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999

Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:

1. By adding as Section 6.91.01(3)(g) the following text, and renumbering the subsequent clauses accordingly;

(g) Public Assembly and Entertainment Uses;

B. Citation

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 748 (Text Amendment to the CD2 Zone), Bylaw No. 2227, 2025".
