WSP's peer review letter (including site photos and figure) reporting a potentially unsafe temporary shoring wall at the east end of 2748 Peatt Road (adjacent to 2752 Peatt Road), documenting visible bulging, a ~300mm tension crack, and recommending limiting heavy vehicle access and buttressing the wall with granular backfill within two weeks.

WSP letter date: February 11, 2026; site visit: February 06, 2026Observed issues: wall bulging/rotation; tension crack up to ~300 mm behind wallDesign tolerance cited: wall deflection expected 10–25 mm but observed ~250–300 mmLocation of concern: east end of site along property line with 2752 Peatt Road (figure and photos included)Recommendations: limit driveway to pickup-sized vehicles until stabilized; buttress with clean imported granular engineered fill within two weeks; match driveway elevation and stable slope 1.5–2H:1V; compaction to at least 95% modified Proctor with in-place density testingWSP conclusion: high risk of shoring failure if heavy or emergency vehicles use the driveway
