1. CALL TO ORDER

The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

2. TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Councillor Harder read the City of Langford's Territorial Acknowledgment.

3. MEETING CONDUCT RULES

M. Miles, Manager of Legislative Services, read the City of Langford's meeting conduct rules.
The Chair noted the remote attendance of Committee Member J. Whiteway.

4. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

THAT the Committee approve the agenda as presented.

5. PRESENTATIONS

5.1 Pacific Centre Family Services Association (PCFSA)
L. Niven, Community Connector, Pacific Centre Family Services Association provided a presentation to the Committee.

C. Staniforth, Manager of Budgets and Revenue provided an overview of the report.
