We are hoping to have our Prom and Safegrad on June 3d from 5pm to 5am June 4th Because we have hosted at the City Center very close to our school we are hoping that having it in our school will also be acceptable to our community. We have moved the location so we can be cost effective with our funds but want to also stay in Langford. Our dance would go until 11:00pm and we do not anticipate a lot of loud noise at safegrad after 11pm as the activities will be inside the school.
We would like council to deliberate to provide guidance.
Thank-you
