At their Regular Meeting of September 17th, 2018, Council passed the following resolution with respect to the property at 3030 Merchant Way (3059 Jacklin Road):
"That Council give First Reading to Bylaw No. 1804 to amend the text of the C10 zone to allow for a 100 child group day care on the property located 3030 Merchant Way (3059 Jacklin Road)."
CARRIED.

Bylaw No. 1804 was signed by the Minister of Transportation on November 26th, 2018

BYLAW NO. 1804
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:
- By amending the text of the C10 (Langford City Centre) Zone by adding the following text as Section 6.54.01(1)(l) and renumbering the subsequent sections accordingly:
“group day care with a maximum capacity of 100 children on the property legally described as Lot 1, Section 75, Esquimalt District, Plan EPP75724, PID No. 030-357-951, (3030 Merchant Way)”
B. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 545, (3030 Merchant Way), 2018".
