A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 1588, CITY OF LANGFORD TAX EXEMPTION PUBLIC ATHLETIC AND LIBRARY FACILITY BYLAW, 2015

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

City of Langford Tax Exemption Public Athletic and Library Facility Bylaw No. 1588, 2015 is hereby amended as follows:

Delete:

1. The buildings and improvements together with certain lands surrounding the buildings and improvements and more particularly described as:

• Roll No. 01-62-327-06385.006
• Lot 1, Pl EPP38718, Section 86 and 87, Esquimalt District
• PID 029-290-139
• Westhills Land Corp

Leased to:

• YMCA-YWCA of Greater Victoria (Public Athletic Facility and Ancillary Uses)
  • 1310 Dumont Avenue
  • 202-1314 Dumont Avenue
  • 1318 Dumont Avenue
  • 1319 Rosewell Avenue

and

• The City of Langford (Public Library)
  • 102-1314 Dumont Avenue

Replacing it with:

1. The buildings and improvements together with certain lands surrounding the buildings and improvements and more particularly described as:

• Roll No. 01-62-327-06385.084
• Lot A, Pl EPP58443, Section 86 and 87, Esquimalt District
• PID 029-892-449

Leased to:

• YMCA-YWCA of Greater Victoria (Public Athletic Facility and Ancillary Uses)
  • 1310 Lakepoint Way
  • 202-1314 Lakepoint Way
  • 1318 Lakepoint Way
  • 1319 Westhills Dr

And

• The City of Langford (Public Library)
  • 102-1314 Lakepoint Way

This Bylaw may be cited as “City of Langford Tax Exemption Public Athletic and Library Facility Bylaw No. 1588, 2015 Amendment No. 1, Bylaw No. 1913, 2020.”
