Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 705, (3405 Happy Valley Road)

The property at 3405 Happy Valley Road is changed from the Rural Residential 2 (RR2) Zone to the Residential Small Lot 1 (RS1) Zone. For each residential unit created on a lot under 550 m2, the bylaw sets amenity contributions to the General Amenity Reserve Fund and Affordable Housing Reserve Fund; those contributions are not eligible for reduction under Section 2 of Schedule AD.
