Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 635, (1950 Bear Mountain Parkway, 1991 Bear Mountain Parkway, and 2133 Champions Way)

A secondary suite in a one-family dwelling is added as a permitted use on the specified lots at 1950 and 1991 Bear Mountain Parkway, subject to Section 3.08. The amendment also sets a 1.5 m (4.9 ft) interior side-lot-line provision for those lots and replaces Schedule O-2 with a new map.
