Governing bylawNo. 300In force

Zoning Bylaw

The bylaw sets the rules for how land and water areas in Langford may be used or subdivided, where buildings and structures may be placed, and how parking, loading, screening and landscaping are handled. It is organised into parts covering definitions, general compliance and regulations, parking and bicycle rules, how zones are established, and rules for individual zones; schedules include the zoning map and additional area-specific regulations.
